Vasilios Boustris, of Brighton, Mass., passed away on July 28, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Krestana, Greece and was raised in Kalamata, Greece. He came to the America in 1968 and made his home in Brighton, Mass. He married Vasiliki Paraskevopoulos and soon had a beautiful family of four children; Panayiota, Fotoula, Haralambos and Dimitrios. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Vasiliki (Paraskevopoulos) Boustris. He is survived by his children; Panayiota Sanidopoulos and her husband Panayiotis, Fotoula Boustris, Haralambos Boustris and his wife Naktaria, and Dimitrios Boustris and his wife Maria. Loving Pappou of Anastasia, Vaso, John, Vasili, Alex,Max, Nick and Fotini. Loving Great Pappou of Pano, Demetri, and Christiana. Brother of Fotoula Sarris. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Vasili loved gardening, fishing and spending time with his family. He was devoted to his beloved church. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 10AM at the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Avenue, Watertown, MA. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at the funeral home from 4 to 8 pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the above named church.
