Vasiliki (Pilili) Papathanasiou, 84, of Watertown, MA passed away on August 20, 2023. Beloved wife of Demetrios Papathanasiou. Devoted mother of Christos Papathanasiou and his wife Aphrodite, Panagiotis Papathanasiou, and Anastasios Papathanasiou and his wife Ivonisia. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many relatives and friends.  Funeral Service on Wednesday, August 23,2023 at 10:00AM at the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA. Visiting hours on Tuesday, August 22,2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Faggas Funeral Home, 551 Mt. Auburn Street, Watertown, MA. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the abovenamed church.  Burial in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown, MA.
