Valerie (Demas) Mullaney, in Medway, MA, died January 7, surrounded by family after a long illness. Valerie, formerly of Brookline, Natick and Holliston, was the beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Mullaney, III. She leaves behind her son Charles Mullaney and his wife Natalie, daughter Jennifer Mullaney Cushing and her husband Joe, and her much adored grandchildren, Emilie Marie Cushing and Ethan Joseph Cushing. She leaves her sisters, Karen Demas, Christine Demas Radulski and her husband Mark, goddaughter Caroline Radulski and nephews Michael and Matthew Radulski . She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Anastasia Demas. Funeral Service to be held on Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 at 11am at the Faggas Funeral Home, 551 Mt. Auburn St.,Watertown, MA. Visiting hours on Thursday from 4 to 8pm at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 51 Blossom Street, Boston, MA 02114, or to the Boston University Alzheimer's Disease Center, BU School of Medicine, 72 E. Concord St, Boston, MA 02118. Burial will be private.
