Stella Damouras, 89, of Watertown, MA, passed away on July 16, 2023.  Beloved daughter of the late Arthur G. and Constantina (Zarakas) Damouras. Stella, also lovingly known as Voula to those closest to her, was predeceased by her brother George Damouras and her sister Demetra Damouras. She was born in Cambridge, September 16, 1933. She is survived by her loving sister-in-law Nancy B. Damouras. She will be remembered as a loving aunt to Nancy Lee Provencher and her husband Anthony, Keith Damouras, and James Damouras and his wife Karen, as well as her 7 great nieces and nephews, and two great great nieces. She will also be remembered by her other relatives and friends. Stella had a very long career at the John Hancock Insurance Agency in Boston. She loved to cook and enjoyed entertaining her family for holidays, most especially for Orthodox Easter. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Church, 14 Magazine Street, Cambridge, MA at 11AM.  There will be a brief visitation from 10AM to 11AM at the church followed by a service for family and friends. A private burial will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stella's memory may be made to the above named church.
