Stavroula (Galanis) "Voula" Chantiles, of Sudbury, Massachusetts, formerly of Allston and Quincy, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Niketas P. Chantiles who predeceased her on March 2, 2001. Devoted mother of Peter Chantiles and his wife Janis, and Martha Droukopoulos and her husband Costa. Cherished grandmother of Alexandra Chantiles, Dianne Chantiles, Costa, Droukopoulos, Nicholas Droukopoulos, and Christina Droukopoulos. Loving sister of Basiliki Konstantopoulou and the late John Galanis, Theodore Galanis, and Konstantina Antonopoulou. Sister in law of Zoe Chantiles, and the late Demetra Nash and her late husband George. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends here and in Greece. Funeral Service on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 57 Brown Street, Weston, Massachusetts at 11AM. Visitation prior to the Service from 10AM to 11AM at the church. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the above named church or to F.I.S.H. (Sudbury Council on Aging), 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree, MA.
