Sophia (Pestekides) Metallides, of Weymouth, Massachusetts, passed away on October 20, 2103. Beloved wife of Rev. John Metallides. Devoted mother of Kenneth Metallides and David Metallides and his wife Desi Mannousarides. Loving sister of John Pestekides and his wife Donna. Loving aunt of Elena and Nick Nerantzakes, Mary and Paul Dimitriadis and Theodore Pestekides. Funeral Service on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the Greek Evangelical Church of Boston, 1115 Centre Street, Newton, Massachusetts. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, October 28, 2013 from 5 to 8pm at the church. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the above named church. Burial in Gardens at Gethsemane Cemetery, West Roxbury.
