Savvas Kalaitzidis, 80, of Roslindale, Massachusetts , passed away peacefully on January 3, 2019. Beloved husband of Chrisanthi (Kokkalis) Kalaitzidis. Devoted father of Dimitrios Kalaitzidis and his wife Anna, Taso Kalaitzidis and his wife tasoula, Ilias Kalaitzidis and his wife Demetra, and Vlasios Kalaitzidis. Cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Loving brother of Elisabeth Georgopoulou and Martha Promousas and her husband Kosmos. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends here and in Katerini, Greece. There will be a visitation on Saturday, January 5, 2018 at the Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre Street, West Roxbury, Mass. from 5 PM to 8 PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Funeral Services and burial will be held in Katerini, Pieria, Greece. PLEASE OMIT FLOWERS.
