Robert "Bob" J. Tamburro, of Waltham, Mass., passed away on September 12, 2013 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Marjorie (Russo) Tamburro. Devoted father of Denise Campbell and her husband Richard, Lynne Moreno Tamburro and Robert J. Tamburro, II. and his wife Tricia. Loving grandfather of Stacey Campbell King, Mark Campbell, Christopher Moreno, Daniel Moreno, Jonathan Moreno, Cole Mareno, Gabrielle "Gabby" Moreno and Jack Tamburo. Great grandfather of Cambpell, Smith and Tessa Campbell. Brother of Ralph Tamburro, Jr. and his wife Eleanor. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral from the Faggas Funeral Home, 551 Mt. Auburn St., Watertown, MA on Monday,Sept. 16, 2013 at 10am followed by funeral mass at 11am in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA. Visiting hours on Sunday, 2 to 6pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Burial will be private. Late Veteran US Army.
