Robert F. Burg, 40 died at home unexpectantly on Monday January 16, 2006. He was the beloved proud father of Brett Burg of Lowell, MA. He was born in Lynwood, CA on October 31, 1965. Son of Shari Burg and Gene Burg from Long Beach, CA, who survive him. Robert was raised in Long Beach, CA where he graduated from Lakewood High School in 1983. He moved to MA in 1996 and has had a successful career in the field of Computer Programming and Information Technology, working his way up to a Director position. Robert had a love for baseball and volunteered his time as a coach and manager for the Shedd Park Little League but his greatest love of all was the love for his son Brett Burg of Lowell. He is survived by both parents, Shari Burg and Gene Burg of Long Beach, CA, his son Brett Burg of Lowell, MA, Sister Traci Thurber, nephew Jacob Thurber of Long Beach, CA and his grandmother Patricia Henderson of Long Beach, CA. Funeral services and burial will take place on Wednesday January 25, 2006 in Cypress, CA. Arrangements by Faggas Funeral Home, 551 Mt. Auburn St. Watertown, MA.
