Obituary

Richard "Dick" Taylor was born in Cambridge,Mass and spent many years of his life in Millbury, Mass. A veteran of World War II, he served his country and came back home where he learned the fencing business. A hard-working man at heart, his passion for hard work in the fence business paid off for many others than himself, as he took pride in teaching many of his relatives and friends the trick of the trade and helped give birth to multiple fence companies in the Boston area. A family man to his core, he was always there to lend a helping hand and took pride in loving and caring for his multiple grandchildren. He loved country western movies, country music, cowboys like John Wayne, horses, taking trips to Millbury and taking his late wife, Marie Taylor, for long scenic rides up north. He was the kind of soul that lived simply, giving love free from judgement to any and all he knew, even if they were a stranger. He embodied what life should really be about- unconditional love, helping others and not sweating the small stuff. A true patriarch that led by example, is now with his sweetheart Marie in heaven, right where he always wanted to be. We love you papa. Richard passed away on November 9, 2014.
