Plato Varonakis, of Marlborough, MA, formerly of Watertown, MA, passed away on Feb. 17, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Alkamene (Caros) Varonakis. Devoted father of Paul Varonakis and his wife Carol, Constance DelRose and her husband Michael, Denise Sparages and her husband Evan, and Lisa Varonakis. Loving grandfather of Michael DelRose and his wife Colleen, Nicholas DelRose, Ariana, Stephanie and Jordan Sparages. Brother of the late Stella Varonakis. Also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many relatives and friends. Funeral from the Faggas Funeral Home, 551 Mt. Auburn St., Watertown, MA on Thurs., Feb. 23, 2017 at 9AM followed by Services in the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA at 10AM. Visiting hours on Wed., Feb. 22, 2017 at the funeral home from 5 PM to 8PM. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend.
