Penelope M. Hrisikos,76, of Newton, Massachusetts passed away on September 17, 2023. She was born on June 8, 1947 in  Maratia, Evritaneias, Greece.  Beloved daughter of the late Miltiades and Angeliki (Tsiakalos) Hrisikos. She came to United States in 1970. She made her home in Newton, Massachusetts.  She worked as a Floor Lady at Goddess Bra Company for 35 years. She enjoyed watching Greek Soap Operas and would sit on her deck and watch the students come and go from Boston College.

She loved spending time with her nephew and niece, and her great nephews and nieces.  She was a devout Orthodox Christian.

She is survived by her sister Vasiliki Polychronopoulos and her husband Nicholas. Devoted Aunt of Dr. Gerry Polychronopoulos and his wife Dr. Paulina, and Paula Polyhronopoulos and her husband Peter Darveris. Great Aunt of Nikos, Vasilia, Evangelia and Stavros Polyhronopoulos, and Nikos and Penelope Darveris. Also survived by many relatives and friends

Funeral Service on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 11AM at Taxiarache Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA. Visitation prior to the Service from 10 AM to 11AM at the church. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the above named church
