Panagiotis Sarianides, 73, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Sunday, January 10, 2021. Panagiotis was a native of Greece, and emigrated to the United States in 1967. He was a devout Greek Orthodox Christian. He resided in Franklin, MA. Panagiotis leaves behind his loving wife of nearly 47 years, Georgia Liakopoulos Sarianides, and his children: John and his wife Alisyn, George and his wife Katherine, his daughter Despina and his youngest son, Panagotis Sarianides Jr.. Panagotis was the adoring grandfather to three grandchildren, Panagiotis, Evangelia, and Marie Georgia. He is also survived by his younger brothers, John and his wife Irma, and Kostas Sarianides.

Panagiotis was a successful restauranteur in Boston and Norwood for many years. In his retirement he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening, Greek music, his cat Gianni, and his favorite T.V. shows.

There will be a visitation in church prior to the funeral service from 12:30- 1:30 PM. Funeral service in the Saint Nectarios church at 1:30 PM. He will be buried at The Garden of Gethsemane Cemetery, 670 Baker St. West Roxbury, MA 02132. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Saint Nectarios Church, 39 Belgrade Ave, Roslindale, MA. 02131.
