Kay (Katsarakes) Spaneas, of Arlington, Mass., passed away on August 21, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas J. Spaneas. Devoted mother of Karen Stewart and her husband William and Irene Bland and her husband Bruce. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews,relatives and friends.
