Nicholas P., of Watertown, Mass., passed away on January 10, 201, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Vassara, Greece. Son of the late Peter and Vasiliki (Pappas) Christakis. Beloved husband of Mary (Dimitrios) Christakis. Devoted father of Peter Christakis and his wife Christy. Cherished Grandfather of Eleni and Sophia Christakis. Brother of George Christakis and his wife Mary, and the late Georgia Therios. Brother in law of Nickie Abate and her husband John, and Peter Therios and the late Gloria Salemis. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends here and in Greece. Funeral Service on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA at 10AM. Visiting hours on Friday at the church from 4 to 8PM.
