Mary (Samargedlis) Martakis of Dover died Monday at her home in Dover after a period of failing health. She was 91. Born in Boston, Mrs. Martakis lived in Dover for the past 49 years. She graduated from a Boston Public High School in 1940. She was a proprietor of the Kozy Korner Restaurant from 1955- 1986, along with her deceased husband Stelios Martakis. She worked in the arsenal building bombs for our brave soldiers during World War II in her youth. Mrs. Martakis is survived by her son, John of Dover; three brothers, Costa of Long Island, NY; Theodore of Naples, FL.; Fotis of Hyannis; one grandchild, Georgianna. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, Weston. Burial will be in Dover Highland Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the George F.
