Mary (Vemis) Kariotis died Saturday, December 28, 2013, aged 91. Mrs. Kariotis was born in Mouzaki, Tripoli, Greece. She was the beloved wife of 60 years of Peter Kariotis of Canton, devoted mother of Kathy Panos and husband James of Walpole, and Kiki Kariotis of Waltham, adoring grandmother of George Panos of Brooklyn, NY, and Peter Panos of Walpole. Despite her battle with Alzheimer's she continued to be loving and kind to those around her until the very end. Her smile and laughter will not be forgotten. Funeral Service on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11am at St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church, 39 Belgrade Avenue, Roslindale, MA. Visitation prior to funeral Service from 10 to 11am at the church.
