Kostoula (Grigoropoulos) Bombas of Roslindale passed away on January 6, 2022.  Kostoula was born on January 14, 1939, to the late Grigorios and Aglaia (Sotiropoulou) Grigoropoulos. She immigrated to the United States on March 10, 1978. She was the beloved wife of the late George Bombas.  She is the loving mother of Aristea Dalavouras and her husband Theodoros and Maria Kalaitzidis and her husband George. Loving Grandmother of Niko,George and Kostoula Dalavouras and Eleni and Demetri Kalaitzidis . Great grandmother of Jade Dalavouras. Sister of Petroula Paloukos of Greece and the late Vasili Grigoropoulos. Kostoula was a hard-working woman and made a good life for her family. She worked for as a caretaker for over 40 years for a Greek family, where she cared and loved for them as her own, and to her it was not an occupation it was her way of life. She loved flowers, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She had a big heart and a big sense of humor, always ready to make you smile when she entered a room. She enjoyed scratch tickets and probably would have helped the world if she won. She had a heart of gold, and she was loved by all who were fortunate enough to meet her.   She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 11 am in the St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church, 39 Belgrade Ave., Roslindale, MA. Visitation in the church prior to the funeral service from 10-11 AM.  In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the above-named church. Burial in the Gardens at Gethsemane Cemetery, West Roxbury, MA.  Due to the current health crisis in our world today please follow CDC guidelines by wearing a mask and please avoid any physical contact for the health and safety of our family and friends.
