Kostas Garefalakis 59, died on Monday May 5 in Tarpon Springs Florida. He is survived by his wife Leona Garefalakis of Ashland. Two Daughters Anna & Gina Garefalakis both of Ashland. One son Thomas Garefalakis of Ashland. Also survived by one grandchild Tommy, of Ashland. Two brothers Demetre Garefalakis of Miami, FL, and Elefteri Garefalakis of Crete, Greece.
