Keeble Sloley, of Boston, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2026. He was born in Kingston, Jamaica, on March 15, 1959, and was one of eight children born to Alexander Sloley and Beatrice Brown.

From childhood, Keeble had a deep love for music. He later owned and operated his own band, which earned local recognition in Jamaica. Music remained one of the greatest joys of his life, and he was happiest when playing, singing, and entertaining others, a passion he continued to share until his final days.

Keeble was the proud father of two children, Shermaine and Dwayne Sloley, who later settled in Boston, Massachusetts, and Charlotte, North Carolina, respectively. Keeble later emigrated to the United States, living for periods in New York City, Bridgeport, Connecticut, and North Carolina before eventually making his home in Boston.

He was predeceased by his loving mother, Beatrice Brown. He is survived by his beloved children, Shermaine and Dwayne, and his cherished granddaughter, Gabriella, as well as his siblings, extended family, and friends.

A private service will be held in Kingston, Jamaica, to celebrate Keeble’s life and return him to the beloved country he always called home. His music, joyful spirit, and love of entertaining others will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
