Joseph Millor
Jean-Louis
August 22, 1935 – September 6, 2024
Joseph Millor Jean-Louis entered eternal rest on September 6, 2024. He was born on August 22, 1935 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti to his parents Murat Jean-Louis and Christiane Guignard. Pè Milord, as he was often called, was married to Rosanna Demosthenes on July 16, 1961. From this union were born five children, Ronald, Alain, Hebert, Julienne , Julie, and a bonus child named Josue Azor. Pè Milord came to the United States from Haiti in 2000 for health reasons where he spent 24 years on dialysis. Pè Milord was a father, husband, friend, mentor, brother, uncle, grandfather to all around him. His personality, hard work, courage, and dedication made him the man he was to his family, friends, and allies.
Pè Milord has accepted Jesus into his life around 20 years ago and we are convinced that he is in the arms of the Lord. If Pè Milord were here, he would have asked everyone not to mourn his death because he fought the good fight. His advice, words, and courage will remain forever engraved in our memory. Today, we are deeply mourning his departure and it is a great loss because his absence hurts. Pè Milord will always be missed and stay present in our memories and in our lives.
The funeral will be held on September 21, 2024 at Boston Missionary Baptist Church, 336 Dudley Street, Roxbury, MA at 9AM. Visitation prior to the Funeral Service from 8AM to 9AM at the church. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Rest in Peace Pè Milord. We hope to see you again one day. We will always love you ❤️.
