John P. Panagakis, of Watertown, Mass., passed away on September 23, 2018. Beloved husband of Georgia (Karafotis) Panagakis. Beloved father of Voula Romneos and her husband Kostas and Peter Panagakis and his wife Maria. Cherished grandfather of Katerina, Joanna, and Georgia Romneos, Alexa and Gianni Panagakis. Brother of George Panagakis and his wife Evdokia, Anna Kourla and her husband Michalis, and the late Foulis Panagakis. Brother-in-law of Panagiotis Karafotis and his wife Maria, Argyro Papoulias, and the late Demos Papoulias. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends here and in Greece. Funeral Service on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018 from the Faggas Funeral Home, 551 Mt. Auburn St., WATERTOWN, MA at 9AM followed by Services in the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA at 10AM. Visiting hours on Thurs., Sept. 27 at the Faggas Funeral Home from 5PM to 8PM. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend.
