Egirous-Irene (Zografos) of Waltham, April 21, 2003 at Waltham Hospital after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Egirous graduated from Waltham High School and worked for the Hood Rubber Company in the Accounting Department. An avid Red Sox and Patriots fan and supporter of her grandsons' athletic endeavors. She was a member of the Bosox Club, The Philoptohos of the Greek Church and Pan Cretan Society of America.Beloved wife of 57 years of Michael Egirous. Devoted mother of Charlie Egirous and his wife Cathy of Waltham. Devoted Grandmother of Michael and Nicholas Egirous. Survived by her brother James Zografos and his wife Dorothea of Naples, Florida, Brother-In-Law of George Egirous and his wife Marion of Waltham. Also survived by one nephew Michael Zografos and his wife Nota of Swampscott and one niece Maria (Egirous)Robinson and her husband Darren of Waltham.
