Ioannis "John" Pavlidis, of Arlington, Mass., passed away on October 15, 2017. Beloved husband of Maria (Kefalas) Pavlidis. Devoted father of Nick Pavlidis and his wife Tasha. Loving grandfather of John and Peter Pavlidis. Loving brother of Georgia Tzvias and her husband Teddy, Irini Tzouvelis and her husband Arthur, and the late Despina Piakos. Brother-in-law of John Piakos, Peter Kefalas, Vasiliki Kafalas, and the late George Kefalas. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He loved spending time with his grandsons, John and Peter. He was an avid gardner , and loved his vegetable garden and flowers. Funeral Service on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 11AM in The Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA. Visiting hours will be held prior to the Service from 9:30AM to 11AM in the church. I lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to American Lung Association, 55 W.
