She enjoyed cooking Greek specialties and nurturing flowers in her garden.  Her favorite flowers were Jasmine (her name Iasme means Jasmine) and lilacs.

She loved returning to Greece to visit relatives and being part of their lives.  She gave unconditional love to her children, grand children and others. Iasme had the most beautiful smile. When Iasme smiled, you could see warmth and laughter in her eyes.
