Georgia (Poursanidis) Efremidis, of Watertown, Massachusetts, passed away on December 16, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Ioannis Efremidis. Georgia was a loving mother to Vickey, Maria, and Koula, and a cherished grandmother to Alex and Natalie Ipeghian. She was also the sister of the late Panayioti Poursidis and his late wife Dina, and the late Vaso Trelopoulou. Georgia is survived by many relatives and friends both locally and in Canada and Greece.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, located at 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA, at 10 AM. There will be a brief visitation prior to the service from 9 AM to 10:00 AM at the church. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery.
