Evanthia Bart Lemonias,  August 17, 1924 - September 17, 2024,  of Watertown, MA passed away at home, one month after celebrating her 100th birthday.  She lived a long, happy, loved life. Beloved wife of the late James J. Lemonias.

Evanthia was the daughter of Greek immigrants, Peter and Angeline Bart, of Concord, NH.  Before marrying she worked at Granite State Candy Shoppe founded by her father in 1927. This was the genesis of a sweet tooth that remained throughout her life.

In her 20s she took oil painting classes with a well known artist in Manchester, N.H. After marrying she helped run Helen's Restaurant in Waltham, MA with her husband for 25 years.

Devoted mother of Rania Lemonias, Angelie Lemonias, John Lemonias, Peter Lemonias and his wife Christina. Loving Yiayia of Demetri Lemonias and his wife Nicole, Alexander Lemonias and his fiancé Isabella Linardi, Christos Lemonias, Arianna O'Rourke and her husband Austin and Zachary Lemonias. Great Yiayia of Peter Lemonias and Stella O'Rourke.  Loving sister of Mercene Vafiades.  Predeceased by her siblings George Bart, Costa Bart, and Mary Bart Newell. She is survived by many relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA at 10:30AM.  Visitation  prior to the service from 9:30AM to 10:30AM.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown, MA.
