Great Grandfather of Nicholas and Antonio Metaxas. Brother of Glafira Karalexis and Kiki Metaxas, of Athens, Greece. Brother in law of Steve Manekas & his wife Doris. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and devoted parishioners of the Greek Orthodox Church Taxiarchae. Funeral service on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 11am in Greek Orthodox Church Taxiarchae, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, Mass. Visiting hours on Monday 4 to 8pm in the church. Please omit flowers.
