Obituary

Maravell, E. Stacey Stevenson, suddenly, January 15, 2015, of Palm Beach Florida, formerly of Belmont, MA., passed away peacefully in the presence of her family. Late widow of Peter Stevenson, wife of Charles Maravell. She is survived by daughter Maria Stevenson Itri of Belmont, Sister of Ronnie Caragianis of Arlington, and many loving nieces and nephews. Stacey was a retired interior decorator and artist. In the 1970's Stacey co-founded, along with her husband Peter, Peter's Plum, an elegant restaurant, adjacent to the historic Sears Crescent Building on Boston's City Hall Plaza. Stacey was the sister of the late John Caragianis, Pat Zaharias, Chris Caragianis, and Athena Eroken. Wake and funeral service, January 23, 2015 at Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, Watertown, MA, will be private, followed by burial at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown, MA 02472.
