Dorothy Elan Roberts (Tutty) passed away on March 9, 2019 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston Massachusetts, after suffering a cerebral stroke. Born in India on December 3, 1978, Tutty was the daughter of John and Rani Roberts of Chennai, India. Tutty is survived by her husband Lakshmikanth Swamynathan (Raj), her sister Anita Roberts Teig, her brother Sunil Roberts and her loving dog, Aspen. She was a devoted wife, sister, and an amazing, loving, and caring aunt to her 5 nieces she adored. As outlined in her tattoo (CINADA), it represents Carona, Irina, Natalia, Angelina, Doyenne, and Aspen (her dog who she called "her baby"). Dorothy loved the freedom of her life in the USA and especially loved Watertown. She was the pillar of Alanita Travel, her family's travel business. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 16th at 11 am at Mount Auburn Cemetery's Bigelow Chapel. Followed by burial in Mount Auburn Cemetery
