Donna Marie (Camilli) Pappargeris of Acton, MA (formerly of Watertown, MA) passed away unexpectedly on October 20, 2023.  Beloved daughter of the late Peter and Evelyn Camilli of Watertown, MA.  She is survived by her children, Peter James Pappargeris and his wife, Michelle, of Tampa, FL, Steven Michael Pappargeris of Woburn, MA, and Ashley Marie Pappargeris of Acton, MA.  She is the loving grandmother of Ayden, Angela, Brandon, Dylan, and Bryan.

Donna is the sister of Peter David Camilli of Concord, MA, William Camilli of Boston, MA, Michael Camilli of Haverhill, MA, Helen Elizabeth (Camilli) Merida and her husband Ramon of Watertown, MA, Debra Jean (Camilli) Gannon of Sedalia, MO, Paula (Camilli) Stone of Viroqua, WI, and the late John Camilli.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donna was raised in Watertown, Massachusetts and was a graduate of Watertown High School.  Donna moved to Belmont for a short time after getting married before settling down in Marlboro to raise her family.

She worked as a nurse's aide over the years at a few different nursing homes, including Emerson in Watertown and Maristhill in Waltham.  Donna took a position at Shaw's Supermarket in Sudbury where she worked for over 14 years until her passing.  Her friends at work remember   her fondly.

When she wasn't at work Donna spent her time watching her grandson, Ayden.  She loved the time she spent taking him to the library and the park, and even having 'lunch dates.'  She cherished the bed-time routine she shared with him.  Donna enjoyed playing cards—especially rummy!  She couldn't do without her morning coffee and her porcelain dolls.  And when it came to sports, everyone close to her knows that hockey was her favorite—especially the Boston Bruins!!!  She watched all the games and collected as many autographs from the players as possible.  She loved decorating the Christmas tree and took pride in cooking for her family and friends during the holidays.

Visitation on Thursday, October 26,2023 from 4PM to 8PM at the funeral home with a Prayer Service at 7PM , https://my.gather.app/remember/donna-marie-pappargeris Graveside Service will be held on Friday, October 27,2023 at the Woodlawn Cemetery, 104 Concord Road, Acton, MA at 10AM.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.  There will not be a procession from the funeral home to the cemetery, please meet at the cemetery.
