Diana Zafferes (Mourgis) born in Cambridge MA passed away peacefully, February 25, 2012 surrounded by family in her Brookline home where she lived with her late husband John Zafferes for 60 years. She was 97 years old. Wife of the late John Zafferes. Beloved mother of Paula and her husband Bill Cocoris of Quincy. James and his wife Irene of Needham and Lewis Zafferes of Brookline. Loving "Yiayia" of Diana and her husband Adam Gent, Alexis, John and Georgia Zafferes. She is survived by her sister Bessie Benos of New Hampshire and pre-deceased by Tony, Peter, George Mourgis and Mary Kallis.
