Demetrios Koulis, of Boston, MA passed away on April 11, 2024. Beloved husband of Anastasia D. (Kyranos) Koulis. Devoted father of George Koulis and his wife Carolina Grisales. Loving Papou of Anastasia Marina Koulis. Loving brother of Prokopi Koulis and his wife Anna and the late George Prokopi. Son of Kostantino Koulis and Eleni (Kambiti) Koulis. Also survived by many relatives and friends.

Demetrios was a honest, hard working person who treated everyone with respect and care. He would spend many hours doing home fix up projects and took great pride in keeping the grass green in the middle of hot summers. He loved to watch all the Boston sports teams and of course soccer. He was light on his feet and a great dancer, who always took the lead at Greek parties. He sacrificed much to provide for his family and his grand-daughter, the second generation. We will miss his awesome cookouts, his sharp humor, the deep conversations and sage advice. We know he is now enjoying a nice glass of wine and watching his favorite sports teams. May his memory be eternal!

Funeral Service on Tuesday, April 23,2024 at St. John The Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 15 Union Park Street, Boston, MA at 11AM. Visitation prior to the Service from 10AM -11AM at the church. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations in Demetrios memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery (Section 7A in the Saint James The Apostle Section),990 Lagrange Street, Boston, MA.
