Daniel A. Xenos, 83, of Arlington. Born in Hudson, Massachusetts. He was the son of the late Arthur and Mary (Adamopoulos) Xenos. He attended Hudson Public School and was a graduate of Boston University with an Associates Degree. Mr Xenos was a Veteran of WWII, US Navy. He moved to Arlington in 1949 where he and his wife Katherine raised their family. He was a founding member of St. Athanasius The Great Greek Orthodox Church in Arlington, and he received the Diocese Award "For Outstanding Service to the Greek Orthodox Diocese of Boston" in 1993. He was also a member of the George K. Menichios American Legion Post 324, AHEPA, Hellenic Square and Compass Club, the Aleppo Shrine and the Mystic Valley Lodge A.F. & A.M. He was the founder of NAPA Auto Parts in Arlington. Mr. Xenos was a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, and a former member of the Arlington Historical Commission, and the Arlington Preservation Fund Committee. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Katherine (Perivolaris) Xenos. Devoted Father of Thomas D. Xenos & his companion Sheila Sullivan, Nicholas G. Xenos & his wife Carol, Charles J. Xenos, Peter M. Xenos and Mary E. Camaioni & her husband Kenneth. Loving Grandfather of Thomas D. Xenos, Jr, Daniel Sullivan-Xenos, Michael, Kristina & Vincent Camaioni. Brother of Demetra Patras & her husband Charles and the late George & Nicholas G. Xenos. Brother in law of Jean Cicalis and Eleanor Xenos.
