Costandine Machakos "Uncle John", of Dedham, Massachusetts., passed away on May 30, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Mary (Sarandis) Machakos. Loving brother of Bessie Andersen, Keke Anderson, and the late Rita Machakos. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Service on Wed., June 6, 2018 at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Parker & Ruggles Sts., Boston, MA at 11AM. Visitation prior to the Service from 10AM to 11AM at the church. Late Veteran was a Corporal, US Army, 2nd Infantry Division, WWII Bronze Star recipient. Member G K Menichios American Legion Post #324. John was a proud graduate of Northeastern University and avid supporter of his beloved NU Husky Hockey Team. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, MA.
