Clio (Barouxi) Karabatsas, 96, of Arlington, MA passed away on November 27, 2023. Born in Mytelini, Lesvos, Agia Paraskevi, Greece. Beloved wife of the late Christopher M. Karabatsas Loving mother of Charles Karabatsas and Dino Karabatsas. Loving mother- in- law of the late Sevasti Karabatsas. Loving Yiayia of Alicia Karabatsas. Sister of Elaine Barouxi. She was predeceased by her siblings, Maria Valentino, Anna Barouxi, George Barouxi and Peter Barouxi. Sister- in- law of the late Vinny Valentino. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends here and abroad.

Clio loved spending time with her family. She was a devout Orthodox Christian. May her memory be eternal.

Funeral Service on Thursday, November 30,2023 at 10AM at St. Athanasius The Great Greek Orthodox Church, 4 Appleton Street, Arlington, MA. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation prior to the Service from 9AM to 10AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the above named church. Burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
