Charles W. Jim, Ph. D in Electrical Engineering and aged 66 of Newton passed away at home on September 28, 2013. Loving husband to Cynthia Ker and father to Teresita Jim and Annie Jim. Also survived by six brothers and sisters. Taught in Lowell University as an Assistant Professor and retired as a Principal Engineer for Raytheon Co. He will be remembered for his overwhelming kindness, generosity, intelligence and sense of humor. A memorial service will be held in the 1st Unitarian Church in Newton, 1326 Washington St, Newton, MA 02465, on October 12th from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. Reception will follow.
