Brady F. Salcedo of Watertown, MA died peacefully at Mt. Auburn Hospital on February 13, 2021, surrounded by his family. He was 95. Born and raised in Panama, Brady won a life-changing scholarship to the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and went on to a long, successful career with Eastern Airlines. He spent many happy years raising his family in East Watertown and later in Miami, FL. He was a deeply devoted husband, father to his sons, doting grandfather to his five grandchildren, a supportive and loving brother to his sisters and uncle to his nieces in Panama, and a beloved father-figure, second dad or "uncle," and loyal friend to many others. He had a warm, caring, fun-loving personality, a clever sense of humor and a charismatic, endearing presence that left a lasting impression on the many who came to know and love him throughout his life. Brady is predeceased by his beloved wife, Ella (Saturno) Salcedo. He is survived by sons, Frank, Brad and Richard Salcedo, and grandchildren, Max, Daniela, Ruben, Isabel and Lily Salcedo. A funeral service will be held at St. Patrick's Church (212 Main Street, Watertown) on Sat. February 20 th at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at Newton Cemetery (791 Walnut Street, Newton Centre, Newton). Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Due to the current health crisis, CDC guidelines will be followed.
