Athena (Antoniou) Tiglianidis of Roslindale, MA passed away suddenly and peacefully on August 30, 2021. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 42 years Christopher Tiglianidis, along with her ever loving children Konstantinos Tiglianidis and his fiancé Laura Maguire, Sophia (Tiglianidis) Romano and her husband Michael Romano, her siblings Stefanos, Effie and Eric Antoniou and many nieces and nephews and friends that became family both in Greece and the United States. Athena was born in her beloved village of Kerasia, Greece in which is cherished deeply. She was the cherished daughter of the late Elias and Olympia Antoniou. She spent her life taking care of her family, loved ones and her community. She always put others first before herself and loved with all her heart. She left an ever lasting connection with everyone she encountered. She will be extremely missed by those whose life she touched. Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours 10-11am on Friday, September 3, 2021 at St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church, 39 Belgrade Avenue, Roslindale, MA with Funeral services to follow. In Lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Athena Tigliandis may be made to St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church.
