It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aspasia Andrikopoulos Kokkinidou, who passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026, during Holy Week, at the age of 74.
Aspasia was born on March 6, 1952, in Gargaliani, Greece, to her beloved parents, the late Kostas and Kostoula Andrikopoulos. In 1981, she courageously came to the United States in pursuit of a better life and brighter future for her children—a testament to her strength, love, and unwavering devotion to her family. Aspasia was a talented and professional seamstress who took great pride in her work. She was known for her kind heart, warm spirit, and willingness to always lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was always ready with a joke, bringing laughter and light to those around her. She loved cooking for her family, had a passion for beautiful accessories, jewelry, and clothing, and found joy in caring for her flowers. She is survived by her husband, Stefanos Kokkinidis; her children, Panagiota Glaropoulos, Kostoula Glaropoulos, and Kostas Kokkinidis; and her cherished grandchildren, Alexios Tambasidis and his partner Tatum Pagel, Aspasia Miranda, Christina Miranda, and Nikos Miranda. She was also the proud great-grandmother of Panagiota Tambasidis. Aspasia is also survived by her dear sisters, Mary and Stavroula and their husbands Dimitris and Fotis, along with many beloved nieces and nephews in both the United States and Greece. She will be remembered for her generosity, her laughter, her strength, and the love she poured into her family every single day. Her legacy will live on through all who were blessed to know her. Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Saint Nectarios Church in Roslindale, Ma, 02131. Visitation in the church prior to the funeral services from 10:00- 11:00 AM. Burial in the Gardens Cemetery, 670 Baker St., West Roxbury, MA
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in loving memory of Aspasia.
Aspasia will be deeply missed and forever held in our hearts.
