Arthur Luka, 51, of Watertown, suddenly, November 7, 2004. Beloved son of Marianthe ''Mary'' (Popa)Luka and the late Harry Luka. Devoted brother of Viron Luka of Watertown, Cathy Smith and her husband Kelly of Ashland and Dimitra Maund and her husband Bill of Arlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
