Antonia "Toni" Gerotheou Damaskos, 86, of Medford, Mass. passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at the Courtyard Nursing Care Center. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to John and Evangeline (Bratsou) Gerotheou. She is survived by her children, Kassandra Isaason and her husband Dan Isaacson, Zoe McKenzie, Nike Damaskos, Theodora Damaskos and Penelope Damaskos and her partner Julie Goldschied. She is survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was the sister of Anna Gallos, Marie Gram and the late Alice Argeros. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was a member of Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church in Somerville for years where she sang in the choir. She also sang in New Haven, Connecticut as well as the Boston area for many years. She was a member of the Musica Sacra and Handel and Haydyn Society of Boston. At the request of the family her funeral services and burial will be private. Donations in her memory may be made to the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Church, 29 Central Street, Somerville, Mass. 02143
