Anne Spalaris Moraites was born in Horemi Megalopolis, Greece to Nicholas and Panagiota Kehayias and resided there until she was fourteen years of age. Upon moving to America and completing her schooling, she met and married the late Christos Spalaris and had three wonderful children; Debora, Pamela, and Nicholas. She was known to be a fashionista of sorts and was affectionately called "Mrs. T." by her children and grandchildren for her love of gold jewelry and pendants. She always believed in looking her best no matter the situation and always embodied sophistication and grace. Anne loved to travel whether it be going on a cruise to the Cariibbean or Alaska, or traveling as far as New Zealand and Australia with her husband Costa Moraites. They may have found each other later in life but they cared for each other and loved the time that they spent together. She also loved to walk, and would do her four miles every day. It didn't matter where she was, it was part of her routine and she was so proud to accomplish it. Family was absolutely the most important part of Anne's life. She knew how to make people smile and because of that, everyone adored her. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother; and one of the strongest women around. She will be missed by so many and she will always be loved.
