Angela (Siaphis) Moore of Walpole, formerly of Jamaica Plain and Roslindale, MA, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026, at the age of 64. She was the beloved daughter of the late Menelaos and Andromahi Siafi.
Angela is survived by her devoted husband, Michael Moore, and the light of her life, her daughter, Gabriella Moore. She also leaves behind her loving sisters, Sophia Papadogiannakis and her husband, Konstantinos, and Fotini Siaphis and her husband, Vasilis Adamidis; her cherished niece, Andromahi Kouvlis and her husband, George; her loving nephew, Thanasis Adamidis; and her adored great-nieces, Agapi and Sofia Kouvlis, who brought her immense joy. She is also survived by many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews in Greece.
Angela emigrated from Greece with her family in the spring of 1968, settling in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. Tragically, her father passed away just six months later, but her mother and sisters found unwavering support within the large and welcoming Greek community, whose kindness helped them build a new life.
It was there that Angela met her lifelong best friend, Debbie Demos. Together they graduated from the Burdett School. Angela went on to build an accomplished career in Information Technology that spanned more than 40 years. Guided by exceptional mentors, she later continued her education at Northeastern University. She embraced challenges, found fulfillment in her work, and earned the respect of colleagues throughout her career.
Throughout her life, Angela cultivated countless friendships that endured for decades. Her loyalty, kindness, and genuine interest in others left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to have known her.
Above all else, Angela's greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was being a mother to her beloved daughter, Gabriella. She was her fiercest advocate, constant source of love, and unwavering supporter. Angela was an avid reader who found peace outdoors, tending to her gardens and caring for her plants. She treasured time spent with her family at their Cape home, where she loved watching the sunsets and taking peaceful walks along the beach.
Angela faced cancer with extraordinary courage, grace, and resilience, never allowing it to diminish her sharp wit or wonderful sense of humor. She was deeply loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her, and her warmth and spirit touched countless lives. While our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering and is finally at peace.
May her memory be eternal.
