Andromache(Skourtis)Emmanuel,96, of Watertown, October 26, 2004. She lived in Watertown for over 30 years. She came to America as a young widow with her two sons after the death of her husband. His last wishes were for his children to graduate from college. She worked for R.H.Stearns as a seamstress for 25 years and later for Bonwit Teller. She was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church Taxiarchae in Watertown. She was a past member of the Philoptochos Society . She was very devoted to her church and her family and friends. One of her favorite pastimes at the age of 91 was walking. She would walk from her home to Watertown Square dailey. She was the beloved wife of the late Vasilios Emmanuel. Devoted Mother of Costas Emmanuel and his wife Marion of Boulder, CO and John Emmanuel and his wife Donna of Burlington, MA. Loving Grandmother of Elisabeth Keller,Basil and Jason Emmanuel,Cassandra Mazur and Christa Martin.Great Grandmother of Andrew Emmanuel. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
