Anastasia (Psaros) Kalogeropoulos (Tasoula), of Arlington, MA formerly of Somerville, born June 22, 1929 in Andros, Greecepassed away peacefully Tuesday, September 20th with her family by her side. Beloved wife of 63 years to Demetrios Kalogeropoulos, and loving mother to Arthur Kalogeropoulos and wife Nikki, and daughter Ruby Tserkonis and husband Anastasios. The most amazing Yiayia to her grandchildren, Demetrios and Paul Kalogeropoulos, Pelagia, Anastasia and Korina Tserkonis and a wonderful great-grandmother to Zoe Kalogeropoulos. She was also loved and deeply cherished by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Always there to listen and provide advice to others, Anastasia's vivacious and caring personality will be greatly missed by her family, friends and the many people she had helped within the community. A wake will be held Friday, September 23, 2011 from 5-8pm at, Bedrosian Funeral Home 558 Mount Auburn Street, Watertown, MA 02472 which will be followed by funeral services Saturday, September 24th, 10:00am in St. Athanasius the Great Church, 4 Appleton Street, Arlington, MA. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington.
