Alice H. Haveles, of Jamaica Plain, MA, died peacefully on February 28, 2022.

Born in 1929, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Voutas) Haveles. She was predeceased by her siblings and their spouses: Yolanda and Photis Frangules, Harry P. and Paula Haveles, Olympia and Thomas J. Crowley, and Helen, her beloved eldest sister. Alice was a devoted aunt to her nieces, nephews, and their spouses and children, all of whom she loved dearly.  She was a loyal friend to her neighbors, classmates, educator colleagues, and others who were blessed to know her. Alice was proud of her over forty years of teaching the children of Arlington; she loved her days at Stratton Elementary School.

Funeral at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral of New England, Parker and Ruggles Streets, Boston, MA, on Tuesday, March 8, at 11AM. Visitation at the church from 10AM to 11AM.  Alice was an enthusiastic volunteer at Children's Hospital for over 25 years. Interment in Forest Hills Cemetery.
