Alexandra "Sandy" (Faggas) Tsavalakoglou, of Waltham, MA, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Born in Arlington, MA, Beloved wife of Ioannis "John" Tsavalakoglou. Loving sister of Paula Meidanis and her husband Robert, and the late James Faggas. Daughter of the late William C. and Mary (Lantgos) Faggas. Loving Aunt of Katrina, Maria and Tasia Meidanis, Soultana Gulbinas and her husband Jason, Avram Tsavalakoglou, Isaac Tsavalakoglou, and Rachel Tsavalakoglou. Loving niece of Nicholas G. Faggas and his wife Ann Marie, and Aphrodite Fisher, and the late Spero and Tasia Deskos. Sister in law of Christos Tsavalakoglou and his wife Giannoula, Jordan Tsavalakoglou and his wife Mona, Alexandra Haidaris, Theodora Tsavalakoglou and the late Anastasios Tsavalakoglou. Also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends here and in Giannitsa, Greece. Loving cousin of George Ward and his wife Brenda, Robert A. Ward, Dorothy Powers and her husband Michael, George Faggas, James Ward and his wife Natalie, Adrianne Faggas, Nicholas Faggas Jr, Marcine Logue, Arthur Deskos, and the late Robert Fisher and the late Christopher Faggas. Sandy loved her family and her beloved Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Church Community. She will be sadly missed. May her memory be eternal. As a result of the ongoing health crisis in the world and with genuine concern for the people whom they love, funeral services and burial will be private.
