Alex
Kolokythas
November 20, 1936 – September 2, 2023
Alex was a proud Greek American who served in the U.S. military with great honor, carrying his Greek heritage close to his heart. His remarkable journey from Greece to the United States embodies the spirit of a real Patriot. He was the epitome of a true family man, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His family was his pride and joy! Alex had a high moral character and he looked for the good in everyone. He was a man of integrity with a gentle spirit and calm demeanor. He enjoyed the outdoors and had a passion for gardening. It was a true labor of love! If love, humility, and compassion had a human form, it would be him. He was an icon worthy of admiration. Alex was a hero, a strong individual, who was always there for his family and others. He truly was a man of honor!
Beloved husband of Mary (Hantzis) Kolokythas. Loving father of Andy Kolokythas and his wife Ashley and Elena Ketcios and her husband Chris. Cherished Grandfather of Louie and Alex Ketcios.
