After being widowed at the age of 35, she went on to have a successful 29 year career as a Supervisor at C&K Components in Watertown, MA.
Afrodite loved serving her church community at the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church in Watertown, MA, particularly making the loukoumades at the annual Greek Festival. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. We will forever miss her infectious laughter, cooking, witty jokes, and kind spirit.

Afrodite is also survived by her sister, Nikoleta Kallis of Brockton, MA; and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
